Democrats' Jim Crow 2.0 problem

Remember Joe Biden's attack on the Georgia voting rights bill as being "Jim Crow 2.0"? In March, 2021, he said "Republicans in [Georgia] rushed through an un-American law to deny people the right to vote. This law, like so many others being pursued by Republicans in statehouses across the country, is a blatant attack on the Constitution and good conscience." Later, he said "Jim Crow 2.0 is about two insidious things: voter suppression and election subversion. It’s no longer about who gets to vote; it’s about making it harder to vote."

Biden said these things about the "Election Integrity Act of 2021." Thus far, Biden's predictions about the Election Integrity Act of 2021 have been as accurate as Mark Milley's predictions about the Taliban in Afghanistan and how long it would take Russia to capture Kyiv. Biden's prediction of voter suppression in Georgia is ridiculous. It's proof of his dishonesty and his fear-mongering. This is how bad Republicans are at suppressing the vote:

Patsy Reid, a 70-year-old black woman, told The Washington Post she encountered no issues at the poll despite the rhetoric she heard.

"I had heard that they were going to try to deter us in any way possible because of the fact that we didn’t go Republican on the last election, when Trump didn’t win," Reid reportedly said. "To go in there and vote as easily as I did and to be treated with the respect that I knew I deserved as an American citizen – I was really thrown back."

Listen to this BS from Biden:

What a liar! First, this is what the bill says about water:
No person shall solicit votes in any manner or by any means or method, nor shall any person distribute or display any campaign material, nor shall any person give, offer to give, or participate in the giving of any money or gifts, including, but not limited to, food and drink, to an elector.
That's illegal in all 50 states. It's called electioneering. Next, here's the myth about shorter voting hours:
Biden claimed he was "worried" about how "un-American this whole initiative is. It’s sick. It’s sick. Deciding that you’re going to end voting at five o’clock when working people are just getting off work."
Here's the truth:
The new voting law still permits polling places to be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and as long as you are in line by 7 p.m. then you can still vote.
This year, 857,401 early votes were cast in the primary. In 2018, 299,000+ early votes were cast. I don't have a Ph.D in statistics but I'm pretty certain that 857,000 is quite a bit bigger than 299,000. Finally, there's this:
The legislation also requires three weeks of early voting and expands the hours the polls are open. The changes were made in response to opposition from racial justice groups who said the original drafts targeted black voters who traditionally participate in "Souls to the Polls" voter drives that take place on Sundays, according to NPR.
That makes Joe Biden's statements pretty much totally dishonest. Nobody's that stupid. Claims that this is Jim Crow 2.0 are dishonest fear-mongering.
