Joe Biden's true personality exposed
When 13 American soldiers died during the evacuation of Kabul, "The Slide" started. His popularity hasn't stopped dropping since. In her latest column, Salena Zito wrote "Biden called those who disagree with his political views on legislation 'domestic enemies.' He compared them to Confederate President Jefferson Davis and former Alabama Democratic Party Committeeman and ardent, violent segregationist Bull Connor."
Mr. Biden's speech in Atlanta sealed the fate of Biden's Scranton Joe image. Biden isn't Middle Class Joe. He isn't even a nice guy. He's a divisionist.
During his inauguaral speech, Biden said "America – requires more than words. It requires that most elusive of things in a democracy: Unity. Unity." Unifying this nation aren't Biden's goal anymore. Senate Minority Leader McConnell noted that in this speech from the Senate floor:
"Twelve months ago, this President called on Americans to 'join forces, stop the shouting, and lower the temperature.' Yesterday, he shouted that if you disagree with him, you're George Wallace. If you don’t pass the laws he wants, you're Bull Connor. And if you oppose giving Democrats untrammeled one-party control of the country, well, you’re Jefferson Davis."Joe Biden is a divisive, disgusting man. Ms. Zito makes this important observation:
Biden bears no resemblance today to the man who ran for president, pledging over and over again to unify the country and restore a sense of calm and normalcy to politics. From the day he was sworn in to office and signed executive orders putting thousands out of work in the energy industry, he ceased to be that guy from Scranton that people thought he was. This is Sen. McConnell's speech: If Joe Biden isn't a lame duck president in his first year, then he's close. The thing that's disturbing is that Democrat politicians aren't that much different, other than the fact that they're slightly more coherent than Mr. Biden.
