Joe Biden's no-solutions administration

In 1948, President Truman campaigned against the do-nothing congress. In next year's midterm elections, it won't be difficult for Republicans to campaign against the no-solutions Biden administration. Joe Concha's op-ed shows how simple it is to make that accusation stick:
In a related story, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg was in Scotland, talking about climate change and paternity leave, instead of addressing the supply chain crisis, which is playing a big role in this jump in inflation, while his Vice President was in France, instead of at the U.S. southern border.
Overall, President Biden hasn't met with his senior cabinet members since ... July.
The Biden administration's priorities aren't the American people's priorities. The administration's slavish devotion to passing Biden's Build Back Better Bill makes the administration look disinterested in curbing inflation, fixing the labor shortage or fixing the supply chain's issues. Instead, the administration is visiting Europe.

This administration looks disinterested in doing their jobs. Jennifer Granholm wasn't serious about lowering gas prices:

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said the silent part out loud when she said "We're not just closely and directly monitoring the situation, which of course we've been doing. We're looking at every tool in our arsenal. You mentioned some of them. While I don't have anything to preview today, the president is quite focused on this, as is the economic team."

Monitoring a situation is essentially saying that you aren't taking immediate action. The American people don't care if Joe Biden's cabinet is monitoring the high gas prices. They want the problem fixed. This is the Biden version of leading from behind.

If there isn't a long-lasting fix to the inflation problem before next year's midterms, Democrats should start making plans to move out of DC en masse in 2023. Doing nothing is the best justification for voters to throw the bums out.
