Fight for Schools vs. Loudoun County Public Schools, Brenda Sheridan

Fight for Schools, a parent-led organization standing up for their childen, has submitted a petition to "the Loudoun County Circuit Court" to "immediately suspend Brenda Sheridan from the Office of School Board Member." The petition is filed pursuant to the provisions of "Virginia Code section 24.2-233 states in pertinent part: 'Upon petition, a circuit court may remove from office any elected officer or officer who has been appointed to fill an elective office, residing with the jurisdiction of the court ... for neglect of duty, misuse of office, or incompetence in the performance of duties when that neglect of duty, misuse of office, or incompetence in the performance of duties has a material adverse effect upon the conduct of the office."

In the petition, Sheridan is accused of "neglect of duty, misuse of office, or incompetence in the performance of office, or incompetence in the performance of duties when that neglect of duty, misuse of office, or incompetence in the performance of duties has a material adverse effect upon the conduct of the office."

According to the petition, "WHEREAS, on March 12, 2021, Beth Barts posted to a private, viewpoint-restricted Facebook group of over 600 members, which included Brenda Sheridan, Barts and four other members of the Loudoun County School Board, that she was 'very concerned' that a movement against the radical 'critical race theory' philosophy was 'gaining support' and that she wanted to 'call out statements and actions that undermine our stated plan to end systemic racism."

Part of the School Board's plan was allegedly nefarious:
  • Gather information (list of residents who are in charge of the anti-CRT movement;)
  • Infiltrate (create fake online profilees and join these groups to collect and communicate information, hackers who can either shut down their websites or redirect them to pro-crt/anti-racist informational websites)
  • Spread information (expose people publicly, create online petitions, create counter-mailings)
If this is proven true, this means that the School Board, under the 'leadership' of Ms. Sheridan, was working to undermine parents who disagreed with the School Board's policies. If true, this is proof positive that CRT was part of the schools' curriculum. If CRT wasn't being taught, why would the School Board "create online petitions" and work to publicly expose people who didn't support CRT?

That isn't the only criticism of Ms. Sheridan. Here's another criticism:

WHEREAS, on May 28, 2021, a 14-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted in a bathroom at Stone Bridge High School, and the alleged assailant was arrested. Despite Sheridan's at least general knowledge of the alleged assault, the alleged assailant was transferred to a different school within Loudoun County while awaiting trial and allegedly committed a sexual assault on another girl.
This is the announcement against Beth Barts:

The Loudoun County School Board is political corruption personified. They'd almost make the Lincoln Project or Adam Schiff blush.
