Unfortunately, when politicians and their pundits must admit the truth, they do it when the citizens are agitated by other headlines.

Right now, the focus is on the debacle in Afghanistan by Joe Biden and his cronies. With that distraction, the FBI released its report that admits that there was NO insurrection on January 6, 2021, and furthermore, President Trump was not culpable.

While the intent was to prove an insurrection and a coup, the FBI had to admit that the evidence did not support the Left’s hypothesis. In fact, Pelosi’s hand-picked radicals made a case that President Trump should be held responsible for the Capitol siege and drafted an 80-page document of impeachment against him. He was found innocent.

Even the evidence supplied by the New York Times did not support reality. The Times reported the first breach of the barricades at 12:53pm. The Times also reported that Trump incited the "coup attempt" some twenty minutes later at 1:12pm, 1.5 miles away.

Now, in mid-August, the FBI reported no evidence of an organized coup attempt by any of the 550-570 defendants arrested on Capitol Hill. No one has been charged with "insurrection," "sedition," or "treason." Many of the ones (36) charged with violent crimes are getting plea deals. That means there will be no release of exculpatory evidence in discovery, namely, some 14,000 hours of video recordings from January 6th.

FBI Director Christopher Wray challenged the use of "insurrection" to describe the event, despite the push by the Democrats and the lamestream media push a fake narrative to condemn President Trump and his supporters.

While these findings may convey some sense of justice, the saddest news is that the Justice Department announced in April that there would be no charges against Capitol Hill officer Lt. Mike Byrd for killing Ashli Babbit, a Trump supporter. Now he has been fully exonerated of any crime.

Pelosi convened another Congressional committee to discredit President Trump and his followers. Will they accept the FBI’s report or continue their witch hunt?

Yesterday, Maria Bartiromo interrogated Gov. Ron DeSantis on Sunday Morning Futures. The first half of the interview, Bartiromo asked policy questions. Gov. DeSantis showed his understanding of the issues and presented his solutions on everything from China, inflation and growing the economy. The first reply he had was to cut spending.
