Identfying Joe Biden's America

Identifying Joe Biden's America is a complex assignment. Biden's economic model is the European social welfare state. Biden's civil rights model is the Chinese Communist Party's model.

Let's start with Biden's civil rights model. Asking Big Tech to filter out COVID posts that the administration deems as misinformation is censorship. The administration isn't hiding their plan. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki announced that's what they were doing from the Briefing Room podium last Thursday, then doubled down on the policy Friday.

She initially said "We're flagging problematic posts for Facebook that spread disinformation. We're working with doctors and medical experts…who are popular with their audience with accurate information. So, we're helping get trusted content out there."

One of the heros in fighting the administration is Peter Doocy. He noted "the checkered history of Big Tech deciding what was and wasn't misinformation, such as Facebook infamously flagging posts that hypothesized the coronavirus leaked from a Wuhan lab. Once dismissed as a conspiracy theory, it's now being seriously investigated as a possible origin of the virus."

That's China-style oppression. In China, the Chinese Communist Party, aka the CCP, flags information that doesn't fit the regime's narrative. The next thing you know, 1,400,000,000,000 people can't find the information. It doesn't matter to the CCP whether the information was verifiable. If it contradicts the CCP's propaganda, it's deleted.

Biden's economy isn't about economic growth. It's best seen as a middle-class welfare system. What's the result of that middle-class welfare system? It's propaganda like this:

"There's nobody suggesting that there's unchecked inflation on the way -- no serious economist." That's Joe Biden at a brief availability this afternoon to tout the economy. Here's more propaganda:

"As our economy has come roaring back, we've seen some price increases," the president said, speaking from the White House. "Some folks have raised worries that could be a sign of persistent inflation. But that's not our view."
Biden said that his administration was doing "everything we can" to address the higher-than-expected inflation, but he pushed back against fears of persistent inflation and maintained his stance the recent surge in consumer prices is temporary."
"Look, we brought this economy back from the brink. There are going to be ups and downs," he said. "Reality is you can't flip the global economic light back on and not expect this to happen. As demand returns, there's going to be global supply chain challenges."
He didn't bring the economy back from the brink. Operation Warp Speed brought us back from the self-induced shutdown. Red states that refused to stay shut brought us back from the brink. Lockdown blue states have high unemployment rates:
Connecticut and New Mexico had the highest unemployment rates in June at 7.9% each, followed by Nevada at 7.8%. Nebraska and Utah had the lowest rates, at 2.5% and 2.7%, respectively.

FYI- Iowa and South Dakota have unemployment rates under 3%, too. The lesson is that blue states don't perform as well as red states.

PREDICTION: If Democrats pass the reconciliation tax hikes and middle class entitlements bill, we'll quickly see the Trump Recovery turn into the Biden Recession.

Joe Biden's America looks an awful lot like Western European social welfare stateism mixed with CCP civil liberties. It doesn't look at all like JFK's or Hubert Humphrey's Democrat Party.
