Merrick Garland's insulting statement

Earlier this afternoon, USAG Merrick Garland was pressured into delivering a statement on the FBI's raid on Mar-a-Lago. I watched the speech live, then read the transcript of Garland's speech. The best description I heard for Garland's speech was that "it was a nothingburger speech without the bun." I don't recall who said that but I agree with that opinion.

The speech was insulting from start-to-finish. The first insult happened when AG Garland said "Faithful adherence to the rule of law is the bedrock principle of the Justice Department and of our democracy. Upholding the rule of law means applying the law evenly, without fear or favor. Under my watch that is precisely what the Justice Department is doing. All Americans are entitled to the evenhanded application of the law, to due process of the law, and to the presumption of innocence."

It’s difficult to picture AG Garland thinking that he’s telling us the truth. This is the next insulting statement from AG Garland:

Second, the department does not take such a decision lightly. Where possible, it is standard practice to seek less intrusive means as an alternative to a search and to narrowly scope any search that is undertaken.
John Solomon reported this afternoon that DOJ obtained the warrant on Friday but didn't execute the search until Monday morning at 6:30. Why the leisurely pace? Is 30 FBI agents with weapons AG Garland's idea of using the least intrusive means as possible?

This is the most insulting statement that AG Garland made:

Third, let me address recent unfounded attacks on the professionalism of the F.B.I. and Justice Department agents and prosecutors. I will not stand by silently when their integrity is unfairly attacked. The men and women of the F.B.I. and the Justice Department are dedicated, patriotic public servants. Every day they protect the American people from violent crime, terrorism, and other threats to their safety while safeguarding our civil rights. They do so at great personal sacrifice and risk to themselves. I am honored to work alongside them.
When Jim Comey falsified FISA warrant applications 4 times, was that an example of the FBI's professionalism? When Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page plotted a strategy for an insurance policy against Trump, was that another example of the FBI's professionalism?

There's another thing that AG Garland said that's utterly meaningless:
The search warrant was authorized by a federal court upon the required finding of probable cause. The property receipt is a document that federal law requires law enforcement agents to leave with the property owner.
The FISA Court judges found probable cause each time the FBI applied for their surveillance warrant. That's because the FBI falsified the application. The Horowitz report verified that the Steele Dossier had been verified. It wasn't verified because it wasn't verifiable. The subsource for the Dossier characterized the material in the Dossier as "bar talk."
